At Texhoma, we have an on-site Medical Director committed to meeting all of our resident/patient needs.
Complete kitchen facility with on-staff registered dietician and a wonderful selection of meals with only the highest quality food.
At Texhoma Christian Care Center, we have licensed social workers on staff as well as contracted hospice care if and when needed.
Certified activities directors on staff and full calendar of daily opportunities for participation in special events, bible studies and church services.
Our rooms are cleaned daily and free laundry services are provided on-site. Permanent clothing labeling also available.
We accept Medicare, Medicare Replacement Insurance, Medicaid, Private Insurance as well as Private Pay.
We are constantly upgrading our facilities with attention to detail inside and out.
Four (4) wheelchair accessible vans available for transportation.
Activity areas include a Movie Theater, Soda Fountain, Library, Computer Area, Puzzle & Game rRom as well as a Wii Fi.
A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. Help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge. To speak with an ombudsman, a person may call the toll-free number 1-800-252-2412.
